Question 1

Where is Revive Wellness Place located?

Accepted Answer

Revive Wellness Place is at 42458 60th St W, Unit 111, Quartz Hill, CA 93536, a few minutes from Lancaster and Palmdale in the Antelope Valley. Free parking is right outside the suite.

Question 2

What services does Revive offer?

Accepted Answer

Our core services are the cold plunge, infrared sauna, compression therapy, red light therapy and the PEMF mat. We also offer BrainTap brain-wellness sessions, an aromatherapy oxygen bar, targeted (localized) cryotherapy and massage.

Question 3

How much does a session cost?

Accepted Answer

Every core session is one flat price: 30 minutes for the cold plunge, infrared sauna or compression therapy, and 20 minutes for red light, PEMF mat or BrainTap. The oxygen bar is a quick 15-minute add-on, and the cold plunge + infrared sauna combo costs less than booking both separately. Core Service Packs bring the per-session price down further. Current prices are always listed on our booking page.

Question 4

How cold is the cold plunge, and will someone help me?

Accepted Answer

The plunge is kept at a brisk, controlled 41°F. Unlike most places, a Revive team member coaches you through guided breath work before and during your plunge. You are never just pointed at the tub and left alone. Stay in for six minutes and you've earned your spot in the Revive 6-Minute Club.

Question 5

Can I do more than one service in a visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Services can be booked individually or stacked in a single visit. The infrared sauna then cold plunge is a popular pair (sauna first, a quick shower, then the plunge), and BrainTap can be added to compression therapy or the PEMF mat. Core Service Packs can be used one session at a time or several in one visit.

Question 6

Can we book a party or group visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we would love to host your party. Text or call us and the team will set it up with you. Our two infrared saunas fit up to three and up to four people, and the cold plunge is one person at a time.

Question 7

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Monday through Thursday 9am–8pm, Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday 10am–3pm, and closed on Sunday. Booking online through our scheduler is the fastest way to lock in a time.

Question 8

Do you offer gift cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Digital gift cards are available in any amount and can be used toward any service or package.
