Who we are

Revive Wellness Place is a wellness and recovery studio at 42458 60th St W, Unit 111, Quartz Hill, CA 93536. This policy explains what our website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. "We" and "us" mean Revive Wellness Place.

Information you give us

• Subscribe and Save sign-ups: your name, phone number, email address, your birthday if you add it, which messages you chose (email, texts or both), and the date and exact wording of what you agreed to.
• Messages you send us: what you write when you text, call or email us.
• Bookings, payments and gift cards: these happen on Square's pages, not on this website. Square shares your booking details with us so we can look after your visit, and handles card details under its own privacy notice.

How we count visits

We run our own simple visit counter so we know which pages help people. It does not use cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics, and it is never used to show you ads. It records:

• Pages viewed and the buttons or links clicked.
• The website or campaign link that sent you here.
• Device type, browser, operating system, screen width and language.
• Approximate location (city, region and country), worked out from your connection when you visit. Your IP address itself is not stored.

To tell new visits from returning ones, the counter keeps a random ID in your browser's storage. That ID is not connected to your name, email or phone number.

We never count visits when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, when you turn counting off below, or when you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.

The Ask Pepper chat assistant

Our website has an optional chat assistant that answers questions about our services, hours and booking. It only runs when you open it and send a message.

• What we keep: your questions and its answers, the page you were on, your device type, any thumbs up or down you give, and a scrambled code made from your network address that changes every day. That code is only used to stop abuse and cannot be turned back into your address.
• How answers are written: your messages are sent to an AI model (Google Gemini, through our website platform, Lovable) only to write each reply.
• On your device: the chat stays in your browser for up to 7 days so it is still there when you change pages. Starting a new chat clears it from this browser.
• How long we keep it: conversations are deleted automatically about 90 days after the last message. Our team reads them to fix wrong or missing answers.
• Please don't share health details, card numbers or other private information in the chat. For anything personal, text us.
• The assistant can make mistakes. It shares general information, not medical advice, and it cannot see live availability or book for you.

To delete a conversation sooner, contact us with roughly when you chatted and what you asked.

Cookies and other companies' features

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. A few features come from other companies. When you use them, those companies receive standard technical details such as your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own policies:

• Square: booking, payments and gift cards.
• Google: the map on our pages and the fonts this site uses.
• Instagram: only when you follow a link to our profile.

How we use information

• Send the specials, offers and birthday treats you asked for, by email, text or both.
• Answer your questions and look after your visits, including through the chat assistant, and improve its answers.
• See which pages help people so we can improve the site.
• Keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
• Meet our legal obligations.

Text messages

We only send you marketing texts if you check the text box when you sign up. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-site advertising. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, our database, the AI model behind the chat assistant, and email and text delivery, and only so they can do that work for us.
• With Square, when you book, pay or buy a gift card.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests, staff or business.
• With a new owner if our business is ever sold or reorganized, under this same policy.

None of this sharing includes text message opt-in data or consent.

Your choices

• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or just ask us.
• Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop, or START to turn texts back on.
• Your details: text, call or email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
• Visit counting: we treat Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track as a request not to count your visits, and you can turn counting off for this browser with the switch below.

California residents

If you live in California, you can ask what personal information we have collected about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms, and we do not give it to others for their own direct marketing.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will confirm it is really you before acting, and we will never treat you differently for using these rights.

Visitors outside the United States

This website is for guests of our Quartz Hill studio. We do not count visits from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. If you contact us or sign up from outside the United States, your information is handled in the United States under this policy.

Keeping information safe

We limit access to the people and providers who need it and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No website is perfectly secure, so please don't send detailed health information by text or email.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
