These terms apply to this website, run by Revive Wellness Place in Quartz Hill, California. By using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Wellness information, not medical advice

Our pages, guides, messages and chat assistant share general information about recovery and wellness services. They are not medical advice and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Talk with your doctor before trying cold plunge, sauna, cryotherapy, compression, red light, PEMF or any other service, especially if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, a skin condition, an implanted device or any other health concern. Tell our team about any condition before your session, and stop any session that doesn't feel right.

The chat assistant answers from our website and team notes and can make mistakes. Check details that matter with our team, and confirm times and prices in the scheduler.

If we ask you to sign a waiver or intake form at the studio, it also applies to your sessions.

Bookings, payments and gift cards

Appointments, payments, packages and gift cards are handled by Square. Current prices, availability and booking rules are shown when you book, and Square's own terms and privacy notice apply on those pages. We may change our services, prices and hours from time to time.

Specials, memberships and offers

• Each offer has the details shown with it on our site or in our message.
• Offers can change or end at any time.
• We may ask for proof of eligibility, such as a student ID or proof of age.
• Offers have no cash value unless the law says otherwise.

Text club terms

When you check the text box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Revive Wellness Place at the number you give us, such as specials, offers and birthday treats. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.

Reviews and stories on our site reflect individual guests' experiences. Everyone's body is different, and your results may vary.

The words, photos, logos and design on this site belong to Revive Wellness Place or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links and save pages for personal use. Please don't reuse our content commercially without asking, misuse the site, or try to break into or disrupt it.
